TERMS, CONDITIONS & LIABILITIES:

Sessions missed will not be refundable other than in exceptional
circumstances such as illness supported by a medical certificate.
If, due to unforeseen circumstance, your lesson has to be cancelled,
we shall arrange a suitable alternative date with you, or, if this
is not possible, refund the cost of the lesson.
We reserve the right to ask a child to leave if their behaviour is
deemed aggressive or inappropriate or upsets other members of the
group, and a refund will not be given.
We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to, personal
property belonging to you or your child irrespective of whether such
property might be used by your child for the purpose of any Rok Skool
activity save to the extent that such loss shall be caused by the
negligence or default of any member of our staff or any other default
on our part.
We do not accept liability from death or personal injury to any child
attending Rok Skool or any activity relating to Rok Skool whether
organised by Rok Skool or otherwise save to the extent that such injury
shall be caused by the negligence or default of any member of our
staff or any other default on our part. |
